Description of problem: The Hardware Catalog should check values entered for External Reference before attempting to save them. Entering a value of 000000 causes: Software error: bz xmlrpc ExternalBugs.add_external_bug failed: An invalid value '000000' for an External Bug Tracker Bug ID was submitted.
