The fix makes storage domains, networks and clusters (though not mentioned in the bug description) sorted under each data center in the left tree view. Please note that in networks case, those networks marked as "management" are displayed first regardless of their sorting position - that is the current networks sorting mechanism design that already existed prior to this patch, I am just reusing it for networks use case.
setting target release to current version for consideration and review. please do not push non-RFE bugs to an undefined target release to make sure bugs are reviewed for relevancy, fix, closure, etc.
