Hi, Please use: "# restorecon -R /", this should fix your problem. Be patient it can take a while.
No that is not the problem. The problem here is bumblebee is runing Xorg,which is trying to look at the processes on the system. unconfined_t is a process label not a file label. restorecon will have no effect.
And we have bumblebee_t as permissive domain which means we end up with bumblebee_t if Xorg is executed.
What does # ps -eZ |grep Xorg for you?
