Description of problem:
Double clicking on chart for metric results in disappearing of data on chart.
It's also leads to 'End Time' is equal to 'Start Time' on time range editor.

How reproducible:
very often

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login in to GUI
2.Navigate to 'Inventory-->(ANY_RESOURCE)-->Monitoring-->Metrics
3.Expand any metric
4.Navigate mouse over chart, that to see cross
5.Double-clicking on this cross

Actual results:
'End Time' is set similar to 'Start Time'. Data on chart disappears. Axes is kept without notes.

Expected results:
Nothing should happens. Chart should not disappear.
