The link on plan name in navigation of plan edit history page is wrong

Description of problem:
As subject.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.8.6

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.User enter plan detail page, then enter document tab.
2.Click view edit history link on the right to enter plan edit history page.
3.Click the link on plan name in navigation.

Actual results:
system stay in current page.

Expected results:
System go to plan detail page.
