Does it still happen to you? What have you installed from non Fedora? Exact steps to reproduce the problem, etc.
(In reply to Alexander Kurtakov from comment #12) > Does it still happen to you? What have you installed from non Fedora? Does it mean that you're no longer interested in fixing the issue? When you say vanilla eclipse do you mean downloaded from eclipse.org? Does the problems appeared only after installing updates from update sites?

When you > say vanilla eclipse do you mean downloaded from eclipse.org? > Does the problems appeared only after installing updates from update sites? Can't remember the specifics but yes running updates (help->Check for updates) resulted in an unusabel eclipse install several times. I than uninstalled the fedora packaged eclipse setup and downloaded eclipse from eclipse.org. Since then I have a fairly stable eclipse setup.
I'm closing this one. We are working on preventing mixing rpm and p2 installed bundles but still not there yet. Please reopen if you want to provide exact steps to reproduce the issue.
Roland, adding you on CC as droplets and not being able to update rpm installed stuff from p2 is critical to not get disappointed users.
