Yes, thanks, this bug seems fixed in the 3.13.4-200.fc20 kernel (and the 3.14.0-0.rc3.git5.1.fc21 kernel). It also seems to have fixed spluttering/stuttering audio when playing Flash videos in web pages (which I didn't report).
