System will go to error page when did advance search.

Description of problem:
As subject.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.8.5 on qa server.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.User enter advance search page.
2.Choose product: 389, then click search plan btn.

Actual results:
System go to error page.

Expected results:
System show the matched plan list.

Additional info:
The above issue also happened when search case|run in advance search page.

Verify the bug in version 3.8.6-1 on qa server.--->Pass
