Description of problem:

 Iperf pretend to listen on a port even if bind fails

How reproducible:
easily

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run iperf below 1024 in non root
 
./iperf -s -p 10
bind failed: Permission denied
------------------------------------------------------------
Server listening on TCP port 10
TCP window size: 85.3 KByte (default)
------------------------------------------------------------

Actual results:
Iperf faking out the listening port

Expected results:
Iperf should exit gracefully

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora EPEL 6 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=epel-testing iperf-2.0.5-11.el6'
as soon as you are able to.
