This patch corrects the reported issue.

The ABRT section has commands that use the deprecated service and chkconfig utilities instead of systemctl. The section should be updated to reflect the migration to systemd.

I have attached a patch to correct this, please review and apply. Feedback would be welcome.

It appears that we no longer have an ABRT section in the Sysadmin Guide so I'm closing this.
