Comment 1 John Mazzitelli 2014-01-03 18:51:30 UTC
its possible this was caused by the fix for bug #994250

Comment 2 Jay Shaughnessy 2014-01-03 19:16:40 UTC
I am seeing issues as well. It seems that the vanill server starts but immediately stops. Unless you supply --start, in which case it seems to keep going.

Although, as a second problem, when I used --start it still did not install the agent even though I used '> ./rhqctl install --start'. But this was after my first failed attempt.

Comment 3 John Mazzitelli 2014-01-03 22:20:58 UTC
this does appear to be a bug introduced in bug 994250.

Comment 4 John Mazzitelli 2014-01-03 22:29:21 UTC
some fixes were applied that fix the patch from bug #994250 - I think that corrects this issue.

Bulk closing of 4.10 issues.

If an issue is not solved for you, please open a new BZ (or clone the existing one) with a version designator of 4.10.
