Also packaging issues:

1. ECC is allowed in Fedora, please remove that unwanted patch.

2. Please remove old packaging behaviors:

BuildRoot:      %{_tmppath}/%{name}-%{version}-%{release}-root-%(%{__id_u} -n)

rm -rf %{buildroot}

%clean

%defattr(-,root,root,-)

3. No need to ship INSTALL file as %doc.

4. %attr (755,root,root) %{_bindir}/%{name}
%attr (644,root,root) %{_mandir}/man1/%{name}.1*

If they are in correct version settings, drop %attr().

* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing sslscan-1.10.1-1.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
