When there are more entries in Rebalance Status and Remove Brick Status window, the column names scrolls up along with the entries while scrolling the window. Workaround: Scroll up the Rebalance Status and Remove Brick Status window to view the column names.

Description of problem:
In the rebalance status dialog, column names of the table goes up, while scrolling.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhsc-2.1.2-0.28.beta.el6_5.noarch

How reproducible:
Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have the scale config with 16 servers
2. Create a distribute volume and start rebalance on it.
3. Now click on the status button from the rebalance drop down icon.
4. Once the dialog is opened, scroll the bar.

Actual results:
while scrolling the bar, column names also gets scrolled up.

Expected results:
Column names should not get scrolled up.

seen the above issue with CB14 (rhsc-2.1.2-0.32.el6rhs.noarch) and glusterfs version (glusterfs-server-3.4.0.54rhs-2.el6rhs.x86_64) as well.

Create a volume with 16 servers, 1 brick per server.
