Description of problem:

Please build the python-rsa package for EPEL 6. This is required to upgrade docker-registry in EPEL to version 0.6.3.

EL6 support patch

I see that you requested the el6 branch. I'm attaching a patch to python-rsa package that can be applied against master to make it build on EL6. I've tested this, it works and the docker-registry package is functioning properly with the python-rsa package built with my patch.
