Description of problem:

I have 10 instances and when I check the "Name" check box, expecting it to check all the checkboxes for all instances, it does not. 

screen shot is attached.

python-django-horizon-2014.1-0.1b1.el6.noarch

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install RDO ice-house with stand alone glance, stand alone cinder and a second compute
2. log to horizon and launch 10 instances 
3. select the "Name" check box

Actual results:

it does not select all instances

Expected results:

it should check all instances

This is fixed in Icehouse-2, and will be included in the next rebase after the 2nd milestone is released (end of January).
