With this update, two new parameters needed by puppet-neutron for ovs agent/plugin support for vxlan have been included. Thus, adding the ability to configure VXLAN for OpenStack Networking. This update also opens the UDP port on the firewall on the OpenStack Networking and Compute nodes.

The required change to puppet-neutron has been posted but not merged yet, so we can't merge this change in.  Moving to A2.

This change has been merged upstream, though it requires packstack-modules-puppet to be updated with the vxlan patch, otherwise the only way we could use it in a release right now would be to switch foreman to openstack-puppet-modules.  This still seems risky to me if packstack is not ready to move, as there is a high chance of things getting out of sync easily.

Tested on openstack-foreman-installer-1.0.4-1.el6ost.noarch

VXLAN works ( tested with multi host and floating ip )
