Description of problem:

Installed RDO Icehouse for Test Day. After installation, rebooted.
Dashboard not accessible anymore.

2. verify dasboard is accessible from management workstation
3. reboot

Worked around by
firewall-cmd --add-port=80/tcp
(this is not permanent either!)

this bug has beem fixed in this version: openstack-packstack-2014.1.1-0.29.dev1251.fc21
