When admin search product version in version list page, system go to error page

Description of problem:
As subject.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v3.8.6-1 on qa server.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Admin login TCMS, then click 'PLANNING-->New-Plan'.
2.Click add product version btn in the new plan page.
3.Add a product version, click save btn, then system go to product version list page.
https://tcms.app.qa.eng.nay.redhat.com/admin/management/version/
4.Input keyword like: qiyang, click search btn.

Actual results:
System go to error page.

Expected results:
System list the matched product version.

Additional info:
The above issue also happened when search product|classification|build.
