Steps to Reproduce:
1. upload attached bundle.zip
   a. go to Bundles tab
   b. click the New button
   c. select upload radio button and attached bundle.zip 
   d. Click the Next button
   e. select Leave the new bundle unsassigned radio button
   f. finish creation 
2. go to Administration->Repositories
3. try to delete Bundle App repository

Actual results:
See attached screen shot.


Expected results:
User friendly err message.

Additional info:
When deleting the repository via CLI, complete exception stack trace is thrown. This should be fixed as well.
