I have the same problem. Can't open Minetest, because it crashes immediately.

Please retest with minetest 0.4.9. It is in update-stesting repo (but will soon in stable repo).

If you will have this bug - please try to send new bug with ABRT if it's impossible - re-open this bug.

I have the same problem. Minetest crashes directly after starting up.

No, you want to update minetest from repos.

Yum now sees the specified update for minetest on my system.
I updated to minetest-0.4.9-2.fc20.x86_64 and it starts nicely now.
