Description of problem:
Due to changes in the GUI for the New Virtual Machine and Edit Virtual Machine windows, the procedure for creating a new virtual machine as a clone based on an existing template must be updated.

How reproducible:
Open the New VM window in a 3.3 environment and note the changes in the Resources GUI compared to the procedure in Topic 9047.
