Description of problem:
IFrame portlets are not scrollable on iOS devices

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open portal on iOS device, sign in
2. go to Group pages -> User pages -> My link -> Fedora
3. try to scroll Fedora page - scrolling does not work

Note: There is an issue with IFrame portlets where they may automatically scroll back to the top after being scrolled. See GTNPORTAL-3383. This appears to be a browser issue or an issue with JQuery.
It may be best to document that iFrame based portlets are not supported and may not behave exactly as expected.
