Description:

Rootwrap is now out of the oslo-incubator and shipped into its own package (oslo.rootwrap). Neutron needs to migrate from using its own copy (neutron-rootwrap, quantum-rootwrap and neutron.openstack.common.rootwrap) to using oslo-rootwrap and oslo.rootwrap.
