Patch for copr.spec to build only copr-cli

Description of problem:
It would be very helpful to be able to start new builds from the copr-cli on RHEL6 machines. Currently there is no copr-cli packages available for EPEL-6, providing them should not be too difficult.

copr-1.15

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. enable EPEL on a RHEL6 machine
2. yum install copr-cli

Actual results:
No such package: copr-cli

Expected results:
copr-cli gets installed successfully.

Additional info:
Attached patch to the copr.spec makes it possible to build only copr-cli on EL6.

Of course, if packages for *EL6 are available, please point me (and the wiki) to the repo :)
