Description of problem:

Host installation (adding host through oVirt Manager) fails, with host deploy log containing the following lines:

vdsm: failed to execute unified_network_persistence_upgrade, error code 1
vdsm start[FAILED]

1. Install oVirt
2. Add host
3. Host installation fails

Host installation fails.

Update:

it seems that the latest nightly build fixes the issue.

Version tested to be OK:

vdsm-4.14.0-21.git54cc674.el6.x86_64

This bug is an intermittent issue, that happened - unfortunately enough - in the exact moment of the alpha build. I see no reason to keep it open or report it on release notes.
