wrong display on chrome

Description of problem:

Tried to access home page, and other pages of community site on chrome31 and chrome32, it can not be displayed correctly, details see in attachment.

Console pages still can be displayed correctly.

This issue only exists on prod on chrome, it is ok on other platforms and browsers.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to access www.openshift.com on chrome
2.Try to access other community pages on chrome
3.

Actual results:

The display of community pages are not correct on chrome. Details see in attachment please.

The display of community pages should be correct on chrome.

Due to missing Content-Encoding: gzip header on css content

Reverted apache config changes, PROD is working now.

Tested on prod, it works on chrome32 now, so verify this bug, thanks.
