Description of problem:

The hwcert command gets stuck in a loop checking the catalog for outstanding tests.

1) install hwcert-client
2) run hwcert, pick "none" for the certification prompt.

After installing rpms, the following appears:

  xorg-x11-server-utils.x86_64 0:7.5-13.el6                                     
  xorg-x11-xauth.x86_64 1:1.0.2-7.1.el6                                         
  xorg-x11-xkb-utils.x86_64 0:7.7-4.el6
