Another user experienced a similar problem: I just finished upgrading my computer to Fedora 22 with fedup. I logged in for the first time. I pressed the menu key and typed "term" to get a terminal. Another user experienced a similar problem: 1.Selected Activites from Gnome Taskbar 2. Type "ter" in the search box 3. Gnome Terminal and Xterm are the result of the predictive search. The Gnome terminal is preselected. 4. Push the enter key on the keyboard 5. Seen here too on F22, but no idea how to reproduce.
