Description of problem:
Trying to figure out why mintmenu won't launch certain programs at all, while working with others.  Kept trying to click the menu items that won't launch.  This was followed by a hard crash of the mintmenu in MATE-desktop.  I had to kill the mate-panel.  After doing that this error was generated.
