This also made nautilus not work so I uninstalled it but I wanted to get more information so I re-installed it via yum command line. I got this error. The scriptlet issues have not much to do deja-dup specifically https://ask.fedoraproject.org/question/39213/known-issue-scriptlet-errors-while-installingupgrading-packages-using-yumdnfrpm/ After you run those commands, do run yum reinstall deja-dup as well
Ran commands from https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Common_F20_bugs#RPM_scriptlets_fail_during_updates Re-installed deja-dup without errors. Since this is not a bug with deja-dup, closing and marking as NOTABUG.
