This bug report appears to have no relation to the Red Hat Bugzilla product. Were you perhaps trying to file a bug against the Fedora Project or Red Hat Enterprise Linux? If so, please select the correct classification, product and component for your bug report.
Reassigning this bug to what I'm guessing is the correct product after receiving an abusive email from the reporter. To answer his complaint: the Bugzilla product is for filing bugs against the Red Hat Bugzilla service (i.e. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/). It appears that you were reporting an issue with the Fedora 20 product, which is an entirely different product and is maintained by an entirely different group of people. The people who receive bugs reported against the Bugzilla product do not work on Fedora and do not fix bugs in that product. If you wish to have bug reports dealt with promptly, please file them against the correct product. As it happens, there is a (correctly reported) known issue with Fedora that may be relevant to your situation. In particular, you may wish to try the advice given in Bug 1054350 Comment 13. And no, your inability to file bugs against the correct product is no reflection at all on the quality of the Fedora product.
Jason, thanks for reassigning. Yum is not the right component but it's close enough, I will take it from here. Reporter: Please do check for duplicates when filing bugs. This particular one can be found in 37 instances and it has been discussed several times on fedora mailing lists. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 1054350 ***
