Description of problem:

python-sphinxcontrib-httpdomain requires python-sphinx10 for epel7 http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/python-sphinxcontrib-httpdomain.git/commit/?h=epel7

I've put in a request for an epel7 branch of python-sphinx10 here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL/epel7/Requests#EPEL_Branch_Requests

Could you please push out a build for epel7?

since we're planning on packaging our own manpage for docker-io instead of using upstream docker's manpage, this isn't really needed anymore. I'm removing the blocker. And closing the bug too.
