Can you see if the problem persists with the latest version from my copr? go to: http://copr-fe.cloud.fedoraproject.org/coprs/kevin/calibre/ download the repo file for your release, place it in /etc/yum.repos.d/ and 'yum clean all' 'yum update calibre'
Your version looks good, the toolbar is displayed and working as expected.
