Description of problem:

The saved test results page provides a way to filter test results by date.  This does not work correctly for test results spanning multiple years.

result filtering wrong in 20140402.

When filtering with a specified time, the time portion of the timestamp is ignored:

2015 13:00-04-03

The date entered was 04-03-2015 13:00, the same format as printed in the results.  The time field is both scrambled in output and ignored.
