Doc Text:	The "full-high availability" and "High Availability" profiles in domain mode were not pre-configured for use with Red Hat JBoss Portal in the domain.xml file. Manual configuration of domain.xml was required for full-high availibility and high-availibility profiles. The fix adds Red Hat JBoss Portal configuration for the "full-high Availibility" and "High Availibility" profiles to the domain.xml file.

Description of problem:

JPP 6.1 supports domain mode and it comes pre-configured in profile "default" and "full" as we can see in domain.xml

However, it's not covered the support for full-ha and ha domain mode profiles. Also, we don't have JPP configured in these profiles.

This is a request to add support to these profiles as well.

I compared the domain-ha/full-ha profiles with stanalone-ha/full-ha and there are some differences.

Standalone:
<subsystem xmlns="urn:jboss:domain:deployment-scanner:1.1">
...
This is missing in domain-ha/full-ha profile.

In domain-ha/full-ha there is the <login-module code="org.exoplatform.web.login.FilterDisabledLoginModule" flag="required"> 
Regarding this bugzilla shouldn't be there: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1065452.

And in domain-ha/full-ha profile is missing sso setting: <sso cache-container="web" cache-name="sso" reauthenticate="false"/>

I'm going to update PR for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1065452 with the sso configuration for virtual-server.
