Description of problem:

The "Create Snapshot" dialog has loading animation forever.


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a VM in webadmin
2. click "create snapshot" button

Actual results:

The dialog has loading animation forever and cannot be closed. 

Expected results:

The dialog should load.

Additional info:

This behavior seems consistent with NullPointerException in the frontend.
