Please use the following update submission link to create the Bodhi

libpng-1.5.13-3.fc19 has been pushed to the Fedora 19 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.

FYI, libpng-1.5.13-2.fc19.src.rpm and libpng-1.5.13-3.fc19.src.rpm are identical, except for the Release number change and a comment in the %changelog section of the spec file.   It seems as if the patch was somehow omitted from the rpm.
