The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Kernel (bug 1052884) adds extended 32 bit address flags as a netlink attribute.

Support for these flags were added to libnl3.2.24 and should be backported to RHEL-7. They are needed for NetworkManager to set the new flags IFA_F_NOPREFIXROUTE and IFA_F_MANAGETEMPADDR (bug 1044590).

While at it, also add the defines for IFA_F_NOPREFIXROUTE and IFA_F_MANAGETEMPADDR.
