Description of problem:
Ivy artifact resolution using XMvn local mode fails, because required XMvn configuration is not installed (it is part of maven-local)

[ivy:retrieve] :: problems summary ::
[ivy:retrieve] :::: WARNINGS
[ivy:retrieve]  [XMvn] No XMvn configuration files were found. Using default embedded configuration.
[ivy:retrieve]          module not found: org.apache.ant#ant;${/org.apache.ant/ant}

Installing XMvn configuration from maven-local solves the problem.

I believe that this bug is fixed in javapackages-tools-4.1.0-2,
which is available in Fedora 21, so I am closing this bug now.
