The user will encounter password-related error messages when navigating the DTGov interface after using default password settings in the installer. The exception that is written to the error log is: org.overlord.dtgov.taskclient.TaskApiClientException: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.IOException: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect

Description of problem:

After installing CR2 - and accepting all defaults - seeing password related error messages here:

http://localhost:8080/dtgov-ui/#deployments
http://localhost:8080/dtgov-ui/#taskInbox

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install CR2 - accept all defaults
2. Navigate to 
http://localhost:8080/dtgov-ui/#deployments
http://localhost:8080/dtgov-ui/#taskInbox

Actual results:

org.overlord.dtgov.taskclient.TaskApiClientException: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.IOException: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect

Expected results:
No errors

This bug was caused by an incomplete fix for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1054931
