Description of problem:
At the moment it's impossible to change the version name of sub template.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new sub template
2. Edit the sub template

Actual results:
It's impossible to change the version name (missing editable field)

Expected results:
It should be possible to change the version name (add editable field)

Setting target release to current version for consideration and review. please
do not push non-RFE bugs to an undefined target release to make sure bugs are
reviewed for relevancy, fix, closure, etc.
