Create a support for clone of a VM. It has to support cloning both a running and down machines.

no, via rest it is easy to call the "snapshot", "clone from snapshot", "delete snapshot" triple so no need to have shortcuts like this

oVirt 3.5 has been released and should include the fix for this issue.
