This issue is seen while logging in to RHEVM using https

RHEVM Build - IS33
I tried the following,
1. Logged in to RHEVM UI portal
(i.e) https://<rhevm-host>

2. Clicked on "Administration Portal"

Got the error dialog - "Error while executing action: A Request to the Server failed with the following Status Code: 500"

Attached the screenshot of the error.

This is consistently reproducible and devoid of "gluster/RHSS" environment

This is consistently reproducible from RHEVM UI and devoid of "gluster/RHSS" environment. Why does the whiteboard says "gluster" ?

Comment 4 Oved Ourfali 2014-01-30 07:26:59 UTC
I saw it was fixed as part of the gluster branding, so I assumed the right whiteboard here is gluster.
What do you think I should put there?

Also, the bug is in "NEW" state, with nobody assigned to it, but there is a merged patch for that. Any reason not to update it?

SATHEESARAN - although it seems that you indeed have IS33 rhevm (3.3.0-46) installed, it doesn't seem like you have the IS33 rhevm-branding installed;
the rhevm-branding version that you should have is 3.3.0-1.5 (see [1]).
it seems like you have 3.3.0-1.4 or something older than that.
[the problematic web-admin URL was already fixed in [2] in the context of bug 1055625; this fix is included in the 3.3.0-1.5 version of the rhevm-branding package]

can you please check to see what is the rhevm-branding version installed on your IS33 RHEV-M server (rpm -qa | grep branding)? if it is 3.3.0-1.5, Alexander will look further into it.

thanks.
