3. What is the nature and description of the request?
The customer would like the ability of an online conversation tool between both formats in the UI 

4. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
They currently have 800+ VMs that are thin provisioned and need to convert to preallocated [1] 

5. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
The same way its implemented in VMWare - bit.ly/1d7Lppd and bit.ly/1by5Iwq
