Created attachment 857510 [details] engine log Description of problem: If you attach a network to unplugged NIC on the VM the an action of update of that Network fails because VM is using it. The same action succeeds when the network is attached to non-running VM Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a network on DC/Cluster/Host 2. Attach it to VM 'nic2' and unplug that NIC 3.
