Description of problem: gnome-shell hammers the cpu in 3 monitor setup. See below 219cpu means more than 2 cpus were working on simple window switch. 11969 social 20 0 2064108 460488 45484 S 219.2 5.7 34:04.84 gnome-shell Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): gnome-shell-3.10.3-2.fc20.x86_64 How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. grab some hardware capable of hawing 3 monitors in my case lenovo T420s 2. on T420s plug in monitor to display port and another one to vga port, everything works somewhat fine and monitors are detected 3. observe total slow down of system as gnome-shell starts to hammer cpu Actual results: Simple operations take full 2 cores. Expected results: It can eat more cpu but not as much. Additional info: I'm sorry for not providing more info, please just tell me what to look for.
