Hi, rubygem-paranoia-2.1.4-2.fc26 is failed to install the rpm because of the broken dependency of Rails5. ``` Error: nothing provides rubygem(activerecord) < 5 needed by rubygem-paranoia-2.1.4-2.fc26.noarch ``` I will fix this, and update to latest version!

I also updated description as it was a little old, mentioned to support only Rails3. You can use or modify it, or I can commit it by myself. Thanks.
Unfortunately, the version field is wrong given you update to pre-release.
