Description of problem:

hwcert-client searches for fv images and configuration files, first checking the local test server, then checking the partners' server.   The directory it's checking on the partner's server is:


ftp://partners.redhat.com/.../hwcert/fv-images/RHEL7

But it should be 

ftp://partners.redhat.com/.../hwcert/RHEL7/fv-images/
