Description of problem:
I got ISE500, when I try to create new repo with using existing name or url of other repo.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Sat5.6.0
SW-nightly

spacewalk-java-2.1.136-1.el6
spacewalk-backend-2.1.46-1.el6
spacewalk-html-2.1.53-1.el6

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open page /rhn/channels/manage/repos/RepoCreate.do
2.fill "Repository Label" = XXX, "Repository URL" = YYY and click on the button "Create Repository"
3. repeat steps 1. and 2. again.

Actual results:
ISE500

Expected results:
without ISE500

being moved to a Closed Current Release state.
