Doc Text:	Support for websockets with tomcat7 requires the Java7 environment. if using Java6 a message will be logged explaining that the websockets api is not available. This is in compliance with JSR 356.	Story Points:	---

Description of problem:

ews/tomcat7 requires java7 api for websockets. further version updates won't be possible without java-devel >= 1.7.0

tomcat7 builds are using java7 on t7.0.52.

EWS 2.1.0-ER3 includes Tomcat 7.0.54
